Physical and chemical properties:
Solubility: Easy to dissolve in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, almost insoluble in ether.
Color characteristics: Yellow in acidic environments and yellow orange in alkaline conditions.
Stability and coloring power:
The best photothermal stability is achieved in an environment with pH 5-7;
Strong coloring power for starch;
Poor protein coloring power.
